Deezer team up with Electric Picnic 2012 - Friday 31^st August – Sunday 2^nd September, Stradbally Hall, Co. Laois.

With only a couple of days to go it’s time to get in the mood for Electric Picnic and what better way then to tune into Electric Picnic Radio 2012 on Deezer, Ireland’s newest music streaming site.

Electric Picnic is a truly unique Irish festival, set amid the rolling lawns of Stradbally Hall, Co. Laois, a beautiful 600 acre estate just 50 minutes from Dublin, it is one of the most anticipated events of the year and is back with a bang this summer for its 9th successful year running. The festival takes place this weekend, Friday – Sunday, 31st August – 2nd September and some of the headline acts include; The Cure, The Killers, Sigur Rós, Hot Chip, The XX and Christy Moore to name but a few.

Deezer users will have access to Electric Picnic’s festival radio channel via Deezer’s website and apps, making sure their users and fans miss none of the action. Electric Picnic will also be giving users and fans of their website and facebook page the chance to listen to the dedicated festival radio channel via Deezer widgets to be found on their site.
