Six international designers are going head to head in an attempt to win €50,000 and an internship with Christopher Kane in the H&M Design Award 2012…
A jury has selected six brilliant finalists for the H&M Design Award 2012 who are now competing to win the global award. The winner will show their collection at Mercedes-Benz fashion week in Stockholm, February 1st, and receives a prize of €50,000. The winner will also get the chance to have chosen pieces from their collection sold in selected H&M stores later in the year.

The winner’s fashion show will be live streamed at www.designaward2012.hm.com and also be shown live on screens in Kungsträdgården and on Norrmalmstorg in Stockholm.
Members of the jury: Ann-Sofie Johansson, H&M’s head of design; designer Christopher Kane; respected journalist Hilary Alexander; style blogger Susie Lau of Style Bubble; fashion journalist Kristopher Arden Houser and Margareta van den Bosch, H&M’s creative advisor.
