State’s Midnight Mass 2011
State’s Midnight Mass in The Mercantile this Friday, Dec 23rd.
Sweet lineup for this year’s State Midnight Mass – get thee to the Mercantile this Friday.
Last year’s State Midnight Mass had a stellar bill with Ham Sandwich, We Cut Corners, James Vincent McMorrow, We Are Losers and Sleep Thieves all performing but this year’s lineup is just as impressive.
Eclectic Dublin six-piece little xs for eyes, Come On Live Long (fresh from the success of their first EP, Mender), The Pacifics and Kool Thing will be warming things up, with the awesome Bitches With Wolves banging out the tunes later in the night. All this musical goodness will then climax with Toby Kaar (check him out at this year’s Hard Working Class Festival here) as the headline act. Expect to get sweaty.
Entry is free, but this year they are raising funds for War Child Ireland so do give what you can as a donation on the night. It all kicks off at 8.30pm and will go into Christmas Eve, with the State Social DJs rounding the night off. Go in peace.
