The Body Shop launches it’s new winter trend make up collection, Smoke & Sparkle.

This week saw the launch of The Body Shop‘s new make up collection for Winter/Christmas and as always, that meant a great fun launch night and a visit from the adorable, Karim Sattar, The Body Shop’s International Make Up artist.

With the aroma of Christmas in the air (Get your hands on new ‘Frankincense & Myrrh’ Christmas Candles, divine!) and mulled wine on offer, Karim took us through the key points in the new Limited Edition Smoke & Sparkle Collection. Two gorgeous eye palettes in Silver Black and Golden Brown, last year’s sensational sell-out The Sparkler in Boudoir Pink returns, this time with a brand new Enchanting Gold shimmer shade and high-shine mini lip glosses complete the range.

4-STEP SMOKY EYES PALETTE €23.95
These are definitely the heroes of the collection, everything you’ll need to achieve a perfect smoky eye in one little box. They come in two colour harmonies: Silver Black and Golden Brown, complete with mini eyeliner and application brush, with a large clear mirror and step by step instructions (really good ones btw) these are perfect for party prep this season. They haven’t compromised on quality either as the colours are rich and apply well and the brush and eyeliner are no different to the full size equivalent available. Also they contain Community Fair Trade Marula Oil from Namibia, and the the outer packaging of each palette is made exclusively from FSC Wood.

THE SPARKLER €19.95
This season’s limited-edition lust-have, the limited edition Sparkler is a gorgeous boudoir-style bottle full of iridescent sparkle-dust. It delivers a completely even veil of sparkle to the skin and looks great lightly misted on your hair and decolletage, it’s fragranced too with a delicate light scent.

MINI HI SHINE x 4 €17.50
If you’re looking for stocking fillers, these little babies are perfect. A selection of four mini versions of the popular Hi Shine lip glosses with an extra dash of sparkle. Features a subtle passion-fruit fragrance and highly moisturising base formulation of Marula Oil, Lanolin Oil and Avocado Oil.

We also spied this fab gift set of make up brushes among the Christmas goodies on offer, the key to achieving flawless make up every time is a good set of brushes, and this collection for face, eyes and lips.
